We cover London, Essex, and all areas around the M25. We can also travel for events further afield, which is dependant on our availability and your budget as this will include a travel charge.

Yes, we are happy to work with your design ideas. Our process involves discussing what you’re looking for and then creating a design with you that utilises the event stock we have. We can also explore different options to accommodate your vision and budget.

After you contact us via a website enquiry or a direct message, we will create a dedicated WhatsApp group for you. Our team will work with you in the group to summarise your event requirements.

As part of this process, we also offer phone consultations and in-person meetings at our base in Dagenham. Following the consultation, our team will send you an event summary and a quotation.

Yes, we offer in-person consultations at our Dagenham base as well as telephone consultations.

We understand people have busy working lives, so we offer flexible times for consultations. We are available throughout the week and can also offer evening and weekend appointments.

To secure your booking, a deposit is required. Once we receive your deposit, we will mark your event as ‘Confirmed’ and add it to our delivery system. Please note, we do not mark any booking as confirmed until a deposit has been received. The deposit amounts are:

  • £200 Deposit: For any event under £1,000.

  • £500 Deposit: For any event over £1,000.

  • £1,000 Deposit: For all events that include catering.

We require all final balances to be cleared at least one month before your event. Please note that we do not take payments after the event has concluded.

Yes. We use the dedicated WhatsApp group for your event as the main platform for all communication. You will have access to our sales team in the group to ask any questions right up until your event date.
