We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, and manage your event booking. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry and fulfilling a service contract), and with your consent when you initiate contact.
5. How Long We Keep It
We keep enquiry and client records for up to three years from your event date or last contact, then securely delete them. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This sets anonymised cookies. You can opt out via your browser settings.
7. Third-Party Platforms
We communicate via WhatsApp and Instagram (both Meta). Messages sent through those platforms are subject to Meta's own privacy policies.
