1. About These Terms

These terms govern all bookings and services provided by Grand Affairs, 15 Manchester Way, Dagenham, London RM10 8PN. By paying a deposit or confirming a booking you agree to them.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received and we have issued written confirmation. We do not hold dates provisionally.

3. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable:

• Events under £1,000: £200 deposit
• Events over £1,000: £500 deposit
• All catering events: £1,000 deposit

4. Payment

The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your event, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Non-payment may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of the deposit.

5. Cancellation by You

• More than 90 days before: deposit forfeited, no further charge
• 31–90 days before: deposit forfeited, 50% of remaining balance due
• 30 days or fewer: full contract value due

Cancellations must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp). The date of written notice applies.

6. Cancellation by Grand Affairs

If we are unable to fulfil your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we will refund all payments made including the deposit. This is our maximum liability.

7. Scope of Services

Services are as detailed in the written quote or event summary provided. Any additions after confirmation may incur extra charges and must be agreed in writing.

8. Liability

We are not liable for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control. Our total liability does not exceed the total value of the contract.

9. Photography & Social Media

We may photograph our work at your event and use images on our website, Instagram, or TikTok. If you prefer we do not publish images from your event, let us know in writing before the event date.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
